All of our employees are required under current legislation to hold a license to operate within the Security Industry. This application process further backs up our own pre employment checks as all applicants who require a license to operate within the industry are subject to stringent Garda background checks. Our staff are backed up by our Mobile Supervisory staff and our 24hr Control Room.
Our Staff receive the highest level of training available. All training is carried out and certified by the Security Institute of Ireland to Fetac Level 4. On commencement of employment all employees undergo induction training at the companies offices. This will give the officer a foundation of the companies policies and procedures.
The company carry out extensive on site training and will place a new officer in a training situation for a period of time with an experienced officer. All employees receive training to the required level as stated by the PSA (Private Security Authority). The company carry out screening on each employee which will cover the last ten year period. To ensure we keep ourselves up to date on all pre employment screening matters we outsource this requirement to the internationally recognised pre employment screening company, Checkback International.
